The box for collection of charitable gifts is used in case of its movement in space (portable box) or without such movement (stationary box).
2. Placement of stationary box for collection of charitable gifts is performed based on the agreement signed between the owner of the room or person authorized by it (if the law does not provide prohibition on the conclusion of such agreement) and the organization specified in Item 1 of this Article which possesses box, except as specified, if the room in which the stationary box for collection of charitable gifts is placed is in ownership or in use of such organization.
3. Installation and use of stationary boxes for collection of charitable gifts without the conclusion of the agreement, stipulated in Item 2 these Articles, are prohibited, except for installations and uses of such boxes in the place and during the public or other action organized by non-profit organization which constituent documents provide the right to charity implementation, or several such organizations (their associations).
4. Use of figurative boxes for collection of charitable gifts is allowed only in the place and during the public or other action organized by non-profit organization which constituent documents provide the right to charity implementation, or several such organizations (their associations).
