1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the list of state programs for 2016-2020 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 23, 2016 No. 148:
in Item 3:
to add the column "Customers" of subitems 3.2 and 3.6 with words ", National academy of Sciences of Belarus";
to add the column "Customers" of subitem 3.7 with words ", public institution "Administration of the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park "Great Stone";
to add the column "Customers" of subitem 4.6 of item 4 with words ", the State committee of judicial examinations, Academy of management in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Sport and tourism, the State boundary committee";
in Item 8:
to add the column "Customers" of subitem 8.1 with words ", the Belarusian state concern on oil and chemistry";
the column "Customers" of subitem 8.3 to add with words ", the Ministry of Architecture, the Industry ministry, the Department of Energy (the national production association of power industry Belenergo, the national production association on fuel and gasification of Beltopgaz), the Belarusian state concern on oil and chemistry";
from the column "Customers" of subitem 15.3 of Item 15 of the word "Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus" to exclude;
1.2. to exclude the paragraph of the sixth of Item 3 of the Regulations on procedure for forming and refining of the list of state programs approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 29, 2016 No. 167,.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
