1. in Regulations of the pre-trial detention centers of criminal executive system approved by the specified order:

state Item 95 in the following edition:

"95. Person wishing to marry the suspect or the person accused submits to the pre-trial detention center the application (in any form) certified by body РАГСа for the place of his residence or the location of the pre-trial detention center and also permission (in any form) person or body conducting criminal procedure on appointment to the specified suspect or the person accused. In case of receipt of the statement for desire to get married the administration of the pre-trial detention center transfers him to the suspect or the person accused for filling of that part of the statement which concerns to him.";

to state paragraph two of Item 101 in the following edition:

"The administration of pre-trial detention centers in the presence of permission of person or body conducting criminal procedure after registration of scrap provides to the suspect or the person accused appointment to the spouse (spouse) according to article 17 of the Law.";
