About introduction of amendments to the Code of gas-distribution systems
According to provisions of article 41 of the Law of Ukraine "About the natural gas market" and article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities DECIDES:
1. Bring in Chapter 6 of the Section VI of the Code of gas-distribution systems approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of September 30, 2015 No. 2494, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 06, 2015 for No. 1379/27824, the following changes:
1) in Item 2:
the paragraph one to add with sign and words ", except the cases provided by this Chapter";
after paragraph one to add with new paragraphs the second - the fifth the following content:
"Since January 1, 2021 the annual ordered capacity of object (objects) of the consumer for settlement calendar year is determined by the Operator of GRS proceeding from the actual amount of consumption of natural gas this object for the gas year preceding settlement calendar year which is determined according to requirements of this Code, but cannot be less:
39 CBM - for object of the residential customer on which natural gas is used only for cooking;
126 CBM - for object of the residential customer on which natural gas is used for heating of water and cooking;
314 CBM - for object of the residential customer on which natural gas is used in a complex, including for heating, or object of the consumer which is not household.".
With respect thereto paragraphs two - to consider the sixth respectively paragraphs the sixth - the tenth;
