About modification of the Regulations on territorial authority of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine
According to the Regulations on Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2014 No. 411, to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 18, 2019 No. 856 "Questions of the Ministry of digital transformation" I ORDER:
1. Make to the section III of the Provisions on territorial authority of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine approved by the order of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine of September 01, 2014 No. 432, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 18, 2014 for No. 1142/25919 (with changes), such changes:
state Item 3.1 in the following edition:
"3.1. The territorial authority is headed by the chief whom it appoints to position in coordination with the minister who directs and coordinates activities of Administration of Gosspetssvyaz, and the chairman of local public administration in the territory of which the specified territorial authority performs the powers, and dismisses in coordination with the minister who directs and coordinates activities of Administration of Gosspetssvyaz, the Chairman of Gosspetssvyaz.
