1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Rules of assignment, the changes and deprivations of cool qualification concerning the military personnel approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2011 No. 1198 "About assignment, change and deprivation of cool qualification of the military personnel" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 1, Art. 208; No. 12, Art. 1410; 2014, No. 45, Art. 6218; 2018, No. 19, Art. 2746; 2019, No. 13, Art. 1413).
2. The serviceman studying in the military educational organizations for the programs of secondary professional education, bachelor degree or specialist programme for full-time courses having the corresponding cool qualification on the date of entry into force of this resolution, cool qualification does not change before the termination of the military educational organization by them, but no more than for the term for which it is appropriated.
