Bring in Rules of transfer of the managing company performing functions on management of the territory of the advancing social and economic development on the property right or the leases of the parcels of land which are in the state-owned or municipal property, buildings, structures and constructions located in the territory of the advancing social and economic development approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 24, 2015 No. 390 "About procedure for transfer of the managing company performing functions on management of the territory of the advancing social and economic development on the property right or leases of the parcels of land which are in the state-owned or municipal property, buildings, structures and constructions located in the territory of the advancing social and economic development and procedure for the order such parcels of land, buildings, structures and constructions and also infrastructure facilities of the territory of the advancing social and economic development" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 18, Art. 2710; 2018, No. 20, Art. 2848; No. 52, Art. 8288; 2019, No. 21, Art. 2563), following changes:
1. Add Item 7 with the subitem "v" of the following content:
"c) the document expressing the consent of the lessee to transfer into the ownership of managing company of the parcel of land, the building, structure and construction in case, stipulated in Item 16 these rules.".
2. State Item 15 in the following edition:
"15. The authorized body of the government or local government body transfers to managing company the parcels of land, buildings, structures and constructions, free from the third party rights, except for case, stipulated in Item 16 these rules.
