About modification of the Regulations on procedure for financing from the government budget of the projects performed by sectoral committees on professional training approved by the Order of the Government No. 253/2018
Based on Item b) parts (2) Article 12 and part (6) article 14 of the Law No. 244/2017 on sectoral committees on professional training (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 441-450, 748), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. In the Regulations on procedure for financing from the government budget of the projects performed by sectoral committees on professional training approved by the Order of the Government No. 253/2018 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 108-112, 288), to make the following changes:
1) in Item 6 of the word of "selection of offers" shall be replaced with words "tender of the file", the words "once in financial year" – the words "once a year", and the text", no later than August 1, the following financial year" to exclude;
2) from Item 7 the text"," to exclude the forms and other documents necessary for representation;
3) in Item 10:
in the subitem 2) of the word "project" shall be replaced with words "project offers";

"12. Project offers shall contain surely: the description of the solved problem and the reasons for the project, the purpose and tasks expected results, influence and viability of the project.";
