About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine, directed to prevention of origin and spread of koronavirusny disease (COVID-19)

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Article 84 of the Labor code of Ukraine (1971, appendix to No. 50, by the station 375) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR with part four of such content:

"In case of establishment by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of quarantine according to the Law of Ukraine "About protection of the population against infectious diseases" stay term on leave non-paid for quarantine does not join in the aggregate term established by part two of this Article".

2. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):
