Make changes to the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for the state support of cinematography, No. 339 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 18, 2018 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 40, of the Art. 1404), having stated it in the enclosed edition.

Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for the state support of cinematography
1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of use of the means provided generally and special funds of the government budget for the State Support of Cinematography program (further - budgetary funds).
2. The main manager of budgetary funds is MKMS, the manager of budgetary funds of the lowest level and the executive in charge of the budget program - State cinema.
Receivers of budgetary funds in the directions determined by subitems 10 and 11 of item 4 of this Procedure are respectively the state company "National Center of Alexander Dovzhenko" and National union of cinematographers.
3. Budgetary funds are used for the purpose of the state support of development of cinematography.
4. Budgetary funds are allocated on:
1) production (creation) and distribution of documentary, educational, animation movies, movies for children's audience (taking into account the art and cultural importance), movies of the art and cultural importance (author's movies) and movies debuts in amount to 100 percent inclusive from the total estimated cost of production of the corresponding movie;
