1. Take into consideration that according to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 4, 2019 No. PP-4351 "About additional measures for increase in efficiency of works in the field of improvement of settlements" since January 1, 2020 are established:
a) allowances to workers:
Head department of improvement and Department on gardening, improvement and content of Ploshchad Mustakillik under khokimiyat of the city of Tashkent, and also specialized departments of Head department of improvement under khokimiyat of the city of Tashkent (except Management of civil servicing) - in the amount of 30 percent from the monthly tariff charge (official pay rate);
Managements of civil servicing of Head department of improvement under khokimiyat of the city of Tashkent, managements of improvement of districts of the city of Tashkent, managements of improvement of the city of Nukus and the cities - the regional centers, managements of improvement of the cities regional (republican - in the Republic of Karakalpakstan) subordination and areas - in the amount of 15 percent from the monthly tariff charge (official pay rate);
b) compensation on food to employees of divisions of improvement - in single size of the basic settlement size established by the legislation;
c) the amount of compensation according to industry scale of charges on compensation for employees of city and district managements on the improvement of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and areas which is similarly provided for employees of district managements of improvement and Management of civil servicing of the city of Tashkent;
