The text of Article 68 to add 1) with the offer of the following content:
"At the same time bodies and officials, representatives to make decisions, in case of permission of the questions infringing on interests of the child shall consider opinion of the child irrespective of its age and make decisions proceeding from the best interests of the child";
2) in Article 96:
in word part three "Guardianship and custody bodies" shall be replaced with words "Guardianship and custody bodies, and also the child who reached fourteen years";
add with part four of the following content:
"In case of separate accommodation of parents and the child guardianship and custody bodies, and also the child who reached fourteen years having the right to bring the recovery suit of the alimony for content of minor children along with the father and mother".
