About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine
According to Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228, for the purpose of toughening of requirements for access to Unified and State registers which creation and ensuring functioning is within the competence of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine I ORDER:
1. Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 15, 2015 No. 2586/5 "About streamlining of the relations on state registration of the rights to real estate and their encumbrances, state registration of legal entities and physical persons entrepreneurs", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 15, 2015 for No. 1568/28013, to state in the following edition:
"1. Approve the Procedure for ensuring access of persons authorized on implementation of registration actions to Unified and State registers which creation and ensuring functioning is within the competence of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine which is applied.".
2. Make changes to the Procedure for provision of identifiers of access to Unified and State registers which holder is the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, No. 2586/5, approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 15, 2015 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 15, 2015 for No. 1568/28013 (with changes), having been reworded as follows it which is applied.
