Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of calculation of the extent of the harm done to subsoil owing to violation of the law of the Russian Federation about subsoil approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 4, 2013 No. 564 "About approval of Rules of calculation of the extent of the harm done to subsoil owing to violation of the law of the Russian Federation about subsoil" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 28, the Art. 3830).

1. Items 3 - 5 to state in the following edition:
"3. Calculation of the extent of harm is made by Federal Nature Management Supervision Service and its territorial authorities with involvement of federal state budgetary institutions subordinated to it based on the state task, and also the other persons involved based on the Federal Law "About Contractual System in the field of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs", except for calculation of the extent of harm concerning subsoil plots of local value.
Calculation of the extent of harm concerning subsoil plots of local value is made by authorized bodies of the executive authority of subjects of the Russian Federation with involvement of the subordinated organizations, and also the other persons involved based on the Federal Law "About Contractual System in the field of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs".
