About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2020" concerning ensuring functioning of Fund of development of entrepreneurship

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine of November 14, 2019 No. 294-IX "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2020" the following changes:

1. In Article 1:

in paragraph three of figure "1.182.010.356,6" and "129.331.527,2" to replace respectively with figures "1.184.010.356,6" and "131.331.527,2";

in paragraph six of figure "94.275.720" and "21.910.209,3" to replace respectively with figures "96.275.720" and "23.910.209,3".

2. Add Article 12 with Item 6 of the following content:

"6) the receipts from early repayment of bills of exchange of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits issued to them in exchange for domestic government bonds".

3. Add Article 14 with Item 29 of the following content:

"29) ensuring functioning of Fund of development of entrepreneurship (at the expense of the sources determined by Item 6 of article 12 of this Law)".

4. Make changes to appendices No. 2 and No. 3 to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2020" according to appendices No. 1 and No. 2 to this Law.

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law to approve procedure for use of the means of the government budget provided on ensuring functioning of Fund of development of entrepreneurship taking into account provisions of the Law of Ukraine "About development and the state support of small and medium entrepreneurship in Ukraine".
