About entering of amendments into the Law "About Local Duties and Payments"

Article 1. ZR-185 "About local duties and payments" (further – the Law) to add part 1 of article 9 of the Law of December 26, 1997 with Items 21 and 22 of the following content:

"21) to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs for permission to the organization of trade or rendering service by means of the Item of mobile trade established by the Law "About Trade and Services" in the administrative territory of community Yerevan;

22) to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs for permission to implementation of the peddling trade established by the Law "About Trade and Services" in the administrative territory of community Yerevan.".

Article 2. To add part 1 of article 12 of the Law with Items 21 and 22 of the following content:

"21) to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs for permission to the organization of trade or rendering service by means of the Item of mobile trade established by the Law "About Trade and Services" in the administrative territory of community Yerevan – fifty thousand dram for every month;

22) to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs for permission to implementation of the peddling trade established by the Law "About Trade and Services" in the administrative territory of community Yerevan - five thousand dram a day for one person.".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
