1) Article 4 to add with Item 24 following of content:
"24) system of internal ensuring compliance to requirements of the antitrust law - set of the legal and organizational measures provided by the internal act (internal acts) of business entity or other person from among persons entering one group of persons with this business entity if such internal act (internal acts) extends to this business entity, and directed to observance of requirements of the antitrust law by it and the prevention of its violation.";
Chapter 1 to add 2) with Article 9.1 of the following content:
"Article 9.1. System of internal ensuring compliance to requirements of the antitrust law
1. For the purpose of observance of the antitrust law and the prevention of its violation the business entity has the right to organize system of internal ensuring compliance to requirements of the antitrust law.
2. For the organization of system of internal ensuring compliance to requirements of the antitrust law the business entity adopts the internal act (internal acts) and (or) applies other internal acts, including other person from among persons entering one group of persons with this business entity if such internal acts extend to this business entity. The specified internal acts in total shall contain:
1) requirements to procedure for evaluating the risks of antitrust violation connected with implementation of the activities by business entity;
2) the measures directed to decrease by business entity in the risks of antitrust violation connected with implementation of the activities;
