About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Acts of Civil Status"

Article 1. "About acts of civil status" (further – the Law) to state article 13 of the Law of December 8, 2004 to ZR-9-N in the following edition:
"Article 13. The state fee provided for state registration of acts of civil status, and payments for additional services
1. For the state civil registrations and other related functions the state fee according to the procedure and the size, established by the law is collected.
2. The government of the Republic of Armenia establishes the list of the additional services connected with civil registration, levied for which payments go to the government budget in the sizes established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. To recognize part 4 of article 84 of the Law invalid.
Article 3. The extrabudgetary funds formed from the payments received for the services rendered by bodies the REGISTRY OFFICE, which are available on the off-budget account opened in treasury for the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia at the time of entry into force of this Law are enlisted on the government budget as free remaining balance.
Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication. The off-budget programs, actions performed by the extrabudgetary funds opened according to the procedure, established by the law before entry into force of this Law and to consider the provided by the government budget of the Republic of Armenia for 2019, related income and expenses appropriate programs, actions, the income and expenses of the government budget of the Republic of Armenia for 2019. At the same time expenses are financed by the means provided by this Article only within the corresponding entrances and at their expense.
Article 5. Within two months after entry into force of this Law state bodies of the Republic of Armenia adopt the sublegislative regulations following from this Law which adoption is allocated by this Law it for bodies.
