About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 27, 2018 No. 195

1. Item 2 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 27, 2018 No. 195 "About the Procedure for the state accounting and registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan" after words to "National Bank of Tajikistan" to add with words to "The agency on nuclear and radiation safety of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan".

2. Bring in the Procedure for the state accounting and registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 27, 2018 No. 195, the following change and amendment:

- in paragraph ten of Item 3 of the word "and National Bank of Tajikistan" shall be replaced with words ", National Bank of Tajikistan. The agencies on nuclear and radiation safety of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan";

- item 4 after words of "National Bank of Tajikistan" to add with the words "The Agencies on Nuclear and Radiation Safety of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan".
