Article 1. "About the companies of water users and the unions of the companies of water users" to state the Item of the second paragraph of article 5.1 of the Law of June 4, 2002 to ZR-374-N in the following edition:
"b) payment for the irrigation water delivered within every month to make by transfer of the amount into the corresponding account of the company in the form of bank, post or other transfer to the 15th following after this month.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2020.
