About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning implementation of the Unified register of persons condemned for crimes against sexual freedom and sexual integrity of juvenile person, and strengthening of responsibility for the crimes committed against sexual freedom and sexual integrity of juvenile person
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:
1. In the Criminal code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, Art. No. 25-26, 131):
1) in Article 152:
the fourth and fifth to state parts in the following edition:
"4. The actions provided by part one of this Article, made concerning person which did not reach fourteen years irrespective of its voluntary consent
are punished by imprisonment for a period of ten up to fifteen years.
5. The actions provided by parts one, the second or third this Article, which entailed heavy effects
are punished by imprisonment for a period of ten up to fifteen years";
add with part six of such content:
"6. The actions provided by part four of this Article committed repeatedly or person who made any of the crimes provided by parts four or the fifth Article 153, Article 155 or part two of article 156 of this Code earlier
are punished by imprisonment for the term of fifteen years or lifelong imprisonment";
Article 153 to add 2) with part six of such content:
"6. The actions provided by part four of this Article committed repeatedly or person who made any of the crimes provided by Article part four 152, Article 155 or part two of article 156 of this Code earlier
are punished by imprisonment for the term of fifteen years or lifelong imprisonment".
2. Item 2 parts four of Article 374 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, 88) after the paragraph of the fifteenth to add Art. No. No. 9-13, with the new paragraph of such content:
