in Rules of carrying out by National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the auctions within realization of monetary policy approved by the specified resolution:
3) of item 4 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"3) with the counterpartner for participation in deposit auction the agreement on acceptance of deposits (bank deposits) and on opening and maintaining the savings account (further - the Agreement on acceptance of deposits).";
