According to Articles 7, of 15, of 42, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of tariff policy of the National Bank of Ukraine and in connection with review of rates for services (transactions) which are provided (are performed) in electronic payment system of the National Bank of Ukraine, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in rates for services (transactions) which are provided the Boards of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of August 12, 2003 No. 333, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 10, 2003 for No. 784/8105 (with changes), such changes (are performed) by the National Bank of Ukraine in electronic payment system and in the field of settlement and cash servicing:
