About modification of the Regulations on procedure for regulation of activities of banking groups

According to Articles 7, 15, 55, 56, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 9, 67, 69 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of increase in efficiency and ensuring stable activities of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: banking groups

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for regulation of activities of banking groups approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 20, 2012 No. 254, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 12, 2012 for No. 1178/21490 (with changes), such changes:

The word "banks" to exclude 1) in Item 1.3 of Chapter 1 of the Section III;

2) in the Section VI:

in Item 1.3 of Chapter 1 "banks" to exclude the word;

to add Chapter 2 after Item 2.10 with new Item 2.11 of the following content:

"2.11. The responsible person of banking group submits to National Bank data on concentration of risks of banking group and on considerable intra group transactions of banking group in files with indicators of the statistical reporting according to the regulatory legal act of National Bank regulating rules of the organization of the statistical reporting provided in National Bank.".

With respect thereto to consider Item 2.11 Item 2.12.

2. To department of methodology (Natalya Ivanenko) after official publication to inform banks information on adoption of this resolution.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Ekaterina Rozhkova.

4. The resolution becomes effective since January 2, 2020.
