About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 1, 2012 No. 1238

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 1, 2012 No. 1238 "About state registration of conditions of issue and the address of government securities of subjects of the Russian Federation and municipal securities, the changes made to conditions of issue and the circulation of these securities and also about reports on the carried-out issue" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 50, Art. 7056; 2014, No. 4, Art. 387).

1. In word preamble "According to the Federal Law "About Features of Issue and the Address State and Municipal Securities" to exclude.
2. In Rules of state registration of conditions of issue and the address of government securities of subjects of the Russian Federation and municipal securities, and also the changes made to conditions of issue and the circulation of these securities approved by the specified resolution:
a) in the subitem "b" of Item 2 and the subitem "b" of Item 3 of the word "and the Federal Law "About Features of Issue and the Address State and Municipal Securities" to exclude;
b) in Item 5:
add the subitem "z" with the paragraph of the following content:
"about the credit ratings received by the subject of the Russian Federation (municipality) from Analytical Credit Rating Agency (Joint-stock company) and (or) Expert RA Rating Agency; Joint-stock company;
in paragraph seven of the subitem "i" of the word "limiting amount of public debt of the subject of the Russian Federation or municipal debt the current financial year and" to exclude;
