About entering of amendments into the Law "About Military Service and the Status of the Serviceman"

Article 1. In article 66 of the Law of November 15, 2017 ZR-195-N "About military service and the status of the serviceman":

Heading after the word "transport" to add 1) with the words "and rest";

To add 2) with part 3 following of content:

"3. If in subordination of the bodies of system of public administration specified regarding 1 article 72 of this Law rest houses are effective, military personnel and members of their family, and also persons having the right to military pension in the procedure established by the law have the right of carrying out rest in these rest houses according to the procedure and on the conditions established by the order of the head of relevant organ of public administration.".

Article 2. Final part

1. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.

2. Adjustments, stipulated in Item 2 articles 1 of this Law, are accepted within 90 calendar days after entry into force of this Law.
