About modification and amendments in the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In item 4 of part 1 of Article 247 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 1998 (further – the Code) "this Code" to replace words with the word "law", and after the words "in case" to add with words "if other is not provided by the law".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
