About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Financial Equalization"

Article 1. In article 18 of the Law of October 20, 2016 ZR-202-N "About financial equalization" (further - the Law):
Part 1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"1. Article 6 of this Law becomes effective and is applied, since the moment of calculation of the amounts of grants for 2022.";
Part 2 to state 2) in the following edition:
"2. In 2020 and 2021 of the grant by part "an" are allocated to each community:
1) in the amount of actual amounts of the grants provided to this community in 2016 (including compensation amount of losses of the income of local authority budgets owing to application of the Laws of the Republic of Armenia);
2) the amount of grants of the multiinhabited communities created in 2016-2021 provided by factor "and", is equal to the total amount of grants of the former communities included in the list of the last as of 2016 (including compensation amount of losses of the income of local authority budgets owing to application of the Laws of the Republic of Armenia).";
Part 3 to state 3) in the following edition:
"3. Total amount of the grants selected by part "a" for 2020 and 2021 is calculated by the following formula:

YES - the total amount of the grants selected by part "a";
D2016 actually - the total amount of the grants which are actually selected to communities in 2016 (including compensation amount of losses of the income of local authority budgets owing to application of the Laws of the Republic of Armenia).";
Part 4 to state 4) in the following edition:
"4. When calculating the amounts of the grants of equalization selected by part "b" for 2020 and 2021 calculation of coefficient of profitable capability of community does not join the amount of the grants selected by part "a". The profitable capability of communities for 2020 and 2021 is calculated by the following formula:
