Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the state companies" of February 28, 2004 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2004, No. 2, Art. 42; 2008, No. 10, Art. 807; 2010, No. 12, h 1, Art. 818) following changes and amendments:
