Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs" of May 19, 2009 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2009, No. 5, the Art. 31b; 2010, No. 12, h 1, Art. 828; 2012, No. 12, h 1, Art. 1.006; 2015, No. 11, Art. 972; 2016, No. 5, Art. 370, No. 7, Art. 475) following changes:

1. In Article 6:
