1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2015 No. 1532 "About approval of Rules of provision of the documents directed or provided according to parts 1, 3 - 13, 15, 15.1 articles 32 of the Federal law "About State Registration of the Real Estate" in the federal executive body (its territorial authorities) authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation on implementation of the state cadastral registration, state registration of the rights, maintaining the Single state real estate register and provision of the data containing in the Single state real estate register" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 2, Art. 405; No. 50, Art. 7104; No. 52, Art. 7661; 2017, No. 26, Art. 3850; 2018, No. 33, Art. 5418; 2019, No. 28, Art. 3788).

2. Declare invalid Item of 2 changes which are made to Rules of provision of the documents directed or provided according to parts 1, 3 - 13, the 15th article 32 of the Federal law "About State Registration of the Real Estate" in the federal executive body (its territorial authorities) authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation on implementation of the state cadastral registration, state registration of the rights, maintaining the Single state real estate register and provision of the data containing in the Single state real estate register, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 19, 2017 No. 726 "About modification of Rules of provision of documents directed or provided according to parts 1, 3 - 13, the 15th article 32 of the Federal law "About State Registration of the Real Estate" in the federal executive body (its territorial authorities) authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation on implementation of the state cadastral registration, state registration of the rights, maintaining the Single state real estate register and provision of the data containing in the Single state real estate register" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 26, the Art. 3850).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2015 No. 1532

1. To add the name and Item 1 after figures "15.1" with figures ", 15.2".

2. In Rules of provision of the documents directed or provided according to parts 1, 3 - 13, 15, 15.1 articles 32 of the Federal law "About State Registration of the Real Estate" in the federal executive body (its territorial authorities) authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation on implementation of the state cadastral registration, state registration of the rights, maintaining the Single state real estate register and provision of the data containing in the Single state real estate register, approved by the specified resolution:

a) to add the name and Item 1 after figures "15.1" with figures ", 15.2";

b) to add paragraph two of Item 2 with the words "in the XML format";

c) state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. In case of decision making about establishment, change or about the termination of existence of zone with special conditions of use of the territories the public authority, local government body which made such decision send within 5 working days from the date of its acceptance to body of registration of the rights the documents reproducing the data containing in the decision on establishment, change or on the termination of existence of zone with special conditions of use of the territories including its name and content of restrictions of use of real estate objects in its borders.

In case of establishment or change of zone with special conditions of use of the territories concerning planned to construction or reconstruction of capital construction project which requires issue of the construction license, the public authority, local government body which made the decision on establishment or change of such zone within 5 working days from the date of receipt in the specified body of the permission for construction of the specified capital construction project send to body of registration of the rights the document reproducing the data containing in the solution on establishment or change of zone with special conditions of use of the territories.

If the zone with special conditions of use of the territories arises owing to the Federal Law, the public authorities which established borders of such zone with special conditions of use of the territories within 5 working days from the date of establishment of its borders send the documents (containing in them data) on such zone to body of registration of the rights.";

d) add with Items 6 (1) - 6(3) following contents:

"6(1). In case of decision making about approval of regulations on especially protected natural territory the federal executive body, the supreme executive body of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation, local government body send to body of registration of the rights the document reproducing the data containing in regulations on especially protected natural territory including details of solutions of federal executive body, the supreme executive body of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation, local government body about approval of provision about especially protected natural territory, data on the list of all types of the permitted use of the parcels of land, extreme parameters of the permitted construction, the reconstruction of capital construction projects established by regulations on especially protected natural territory content of restrictions of use of real estate objects within especially protected natural territory.

6(2). In case of decision making about change of regulations on especially protected natural territory, data on which borders contain in the Single state real estate register, if such changes concern the data which are subject to entering into the Single state real estate register, federal executive body, the supreme executive body of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation, local government body send to body of registration of the rights the document reproducing the data containing in changes in regulations on especially protected natural territory and which are subject to entering into the Single state real estate register.

6(3). In case of decision making about approval of forestry and landscape regulations of the forest area located on lands of forest fund, the authorized body of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation sends to body of registration of the rights the document reproducing the data containing in the legal act which approves or changes forestry and landscape regulations of the forest area located on lands of forest fund, including details of decisions of public authorities of the subject of the Russian Federation on approval of forestry and landscape regulations of the forest area located on lands of forest fund, data on the list of all types of the permitted use of the woods established by forestry and landscape regulations of the forest area located on lands of forest fund.";

e) add Item 7 with words ", and also data on cadastral numbers of the parcels of land included in borders of the settlements or excluded from borders of settlements with indication of the established category of lands";

e) state Item 10 in the following edition:

"10. In case of decision making about approval of the boundary-setting plan or its part the federal executive body, the supreme executive body of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation, local government body or governing body of special economic zones sends to body of registration of the rights the document reproducing the data containing in the decision on approval of the boundary-setting plan or its part including the description of location of borders of the parcels of land which are subject to education according to the approved boundary-setting plan.";

g) add with Item 13 (1) the following content:

"13(1). In case of recognition of the apartment house by the garden house or the garden house by the apartment house the local government body of the municipality in which borders the garden house or the apartment house is located sends to body of registration of the rights the document reproducing the data containing in the decision on recognition of the apartment house by the garden house or the garden house the apartment house, and also containing data on cadastral number of the garden or apartment house.";

h) in the paragraph the second Item 14 of the word", made respectively the decision on approval (change) of borders of the territory of object of cultural heritage, or on establishment (change) of zones of protection of object of cultural heritage, or on establishment of protective zone of object of cultural heritage, stipulated in Item 5th article 34.1 of the Federal law "About Objects of Cultural Heritage (Historical and Cultural Monuments) of the People of the Russian Federation"," to exclude;

i) add with Item 15 (1) the following content:

"15(1). In case of adoption by the Government of the Russian Federation of the decision on change of borders of the Baikal natural territory and its ecological zones the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation sends to body of registration of the rights the documents (containing in them the data) necessary for entering into the Single state real estate register of data on change of borders of the Baikal natural territory and its ecological zones.";

j) state Item 19 in the following edition:

"19. In case of adoption by the Government of the Russian Federation of the decision on establishment or change of borders of the territory of the advancing social and economic development the documents (containing in them the data) necessary for entering of the corresponding data into the Single state real estate register go to body of registration of the rights according to part 15.3 of article 32 of the Federal law "About State Registration of the Real Estate".";

k) in the paragraph the second Item 20 the word of "forest park" to exclude;

l) state Items 21 and 22 in the following edition:

"21. 22.
