Bring in the constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About local authorities of the government" of May 17, 2004 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2004, No. 5, Art. 339; 2006, No. 11, Art. 472; 2009, No. 12, Art. 814; 2010, No. 12, h 1, Art. 800; 2013, No. 3, Art. 179, No. 7, Art. 500; 2017, No. 5, h 1, Art. 268; 2019, No. 7, Art. 462) following changes:

1. To write the name of the constitutional Law with capital letters.

2. To exclude from preamble of the word "it is accepted according to the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan and the international legal acts recognized by the Republic of Tajikistan and".

3. State Article 15 in the following edition:

"Article 15. Deputy of Majlis of People's Deputies

The deputy of Majlis of People's Deputies is the plenipotentiary of the population of the corresponding territory, chosen according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on elections of deputies to local Majlises of People's Deputies. The deputy of Majlis of People's Deputies performs the activities on the basis of legal acts, regulations of the relevant Majlis of People's Deputies, resolutions of the relevant Majlis of People's Deputies, other regulatory legal acts and election programmes and has the right to express freely the opinion by consideration of questions and decision making and to vote on the belief.
