About change of the Order of the Ministry of rural economy, regional development and the environment No. 111 of June 24, 2017
Considering need of reduction in compliance of the statements of inspection which are drawn up by officials of the Agency on interventions and payments in agricultural industry with provisions of the Administrative code, according to Item 140 of the Regulations on procedure for distribution of means of National fund of development of the agricultural industry and the rural zone approved by the Order of the Government No. 455 of June 21, 2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 201-213, 537), with subsequent changes and amendments, I ORDER to the Art.:
1. Appendix No. 13 and appendix No. 14 to the Order of the ministry No. 111 of 24.06.2017 about approval of some documents (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 277-288, Art. 1447), with subsequent changes and amendments, will have content according to appendix.
2. The order is published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
3. I exercise control over execution of this order personally.
