About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning continuation of the actions connected with recovery of activities of the State joint-stock company "Chernomorneftegaz"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. The Section "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Code of Ukraine on insolvency proceedings (2019, No. 19, the Art. 74) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1. Proceedings on bankruptcy of the State joint-stock company "Chernomorneftegaz" till December 31, 2022 are not initiated, and initiated bankruptcy proceeding of the State joint-stock company "Chernomorneftegaz" are subject to the termination, except cases if liquidation happens according to the decision of the owner".

2. In Item 1-2 of the Section XIII "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About enforcement proceeding" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2016, No. 30, Art. 542; 2019, 2, the Art. 8) figures "2019" to replace No. with figures "2022".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
