For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 2.2 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About ensuring activities of "The state Agency on use of mineral raw material resources" of April 9, 2019 No. 613 and according to Item 2. 5, DECIDES: the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic

Bring in "The rule of provision of the status of geological branch to the subsoil plots allocated for the purpose of geological studying" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 29, 1998 No. 199 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1998, No. 9, Article 605; 2005, No. 1, Article 49; 2007, No. 12, Article 1336), following changes:
1.1. in Item 1.2 of the word "Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Azerbaijan Republic" shall be replaced with words "The state Agency on use of mineral raw material resources (further - the Agency)";
1.2. in Item 1.4 of the word "Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources" to replace with the word "Agency", to replace the words "can establish" with the word "establishes";
