About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning ensuring the constitutional principles in spheres of power and utilities

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. The code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (1984, appendix to No. 51, by the station 1122) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR with Article 172-8-1 of the following content:

"Article 172-8-1. Violation of the restrictions established by the law after the termination of powers of the member of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities

Violation of the restrictions established by the law within year from the date of the termination of powers of the member of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities, about the conclusion of employment contracts (contracts) or transactions in the field of business activity with the subject of managing, performing activities in spheres of power and/or utilities which activities are licensed by the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities

involves imposing of penalty from five hundred to one thousand free minima of the income of citizens".

2. Part third of article 151 of the Code of administrative legal proceedings of Ukraine (2017, No. 48, the Art. 436) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with Items 6 and 7 of the following content:

"6) suspension of the decision of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities concerning establishment of the state regulated prices (rates) in the market of electrical energy and natural gas, approval of techniques (procedures) of their establishment (forming, calculation);
