Article 1. ZR-186 "About the state fee" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 7 of the Law of December 27, 1997 with the Item "about" of the following content:

Article 2. Add the Law with Article 19.9 of the following content:
"Article 19.9. Rates of the state fee for implementation by customs authorities in the case of customs transactions established by the law, customs escort, temporary storage of goods, and also provision of provisional solutions
1. The state fee for implementation by customs authorities in the cases of customs transactions established by the law, customs escort, temporary storage of goods, and also provision of provisional solutions from faces, the stipulated in Article 90 Laws "About Customs Regulation", is levied at the following rates:

1) for implementation of customs clearance of the goods and vehicles, and also the currency moved with banks moved through border of the Republic of Armenia and foreign currency (except for survey and accounting of goods) |
in 3, 5-fold size of basic duty |

2) for survey and accounting of goods, except for the goods moved on pipelines and power lines: |

|
and. for customs supervision of goods weighing up to one ton, declared by one customs declaration |
in the amount of basic duty |
