About entering of amendments into the Law "About the State Fee"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on November 13, 2019

Article 1. ZR-186 "About the state fee" to add article 19.4 of the Law of December 27, 1997 with Items 10 and 11 of the following content:

"10) for issue of one-time permission for the purpose of production of nonmetallic minerals – annually:

in 100-fold size of basic duty

11) for issue of permission to production of nonmetallic minerals for the purpose of construction or operation of the underground storage warehouses which are object of the extreme importance – annually:

In 500-fold size of basic duty".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
