About modification of some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In the Tax code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In Item b) Article 96:
in subparagraph one of figure "040610200" shall be replaced with words "040610300 and 040610500 – with fat content no more than 40 Mas. %";

4. In part (7) Articles of the 125th figure "270710100, 270720100, 270730100, 270750," to replace with figures "270710000, 270720000, 270730000, 270750000,".
5. In the Section IV:
in appendix 1:
changes in line item of 2207 concern only the text in state language;
in line item of 2208 to replace the word "alcoholic" with the word "spirits";
in line item to state 270710100 column 1 in the following edition:
