About entering of amendment into the Law "About the State Fee"

Article 1. ZR-186 "About the state fee" to add article 29 of the Law of December 27, 1997 with the new paragraph of the following content:
"The duty amount, provided by this Law is paid for state registration of the property right of communities to the garage which is the unauthorized structure recognized by the legal decision of Chapter of community based on the contract with the State register of the real estate on payment by installments of the duty provided by the law for state registration and on the corresponding parcel of land within two years from the moment of state registration of the right to property with quarter frequency in the amount of the one eighth part of the state fee.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
