About modification and amendments in the Law of Turkmenistan "About law-enforcement bodies of Turkmenistan"

Bring in the Law of Turkmenistan "About law-enforcement bodies of Turkmenistan", adopted on May 21, 2011 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2011, No. 2, Art. 39; 2016, No. 1, Art. 64; 2017, No. 1, Art. of Art. 16 and 31, No. 4, Art. 145; 2018, No. 2, Art. 37; 2019, No. 1, Art. 10), following changes and amendments:

To add 1) in Item 28 of article 15 after words of "their accommodation" with the words "and issue of address references in places of their registration";

2) to add part the second Article 27 with the paragraph of the following content:

"In case of acceptance on service in law-enforcement bodies of the citizens having military rank of the reserve officer of Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, the first special rank of officers can be given without passing of initial and physical training.";

The first and sixth Article 28 to state 3) to part respectively in the following edition:

"1. In law-enforcement bodies the male citizens aged up to 30 years who underwent military military service or consisting in inventory of Armed Forces of Turkmenistan and female citizens aged up to 30 years, capable on the personal and business qualities, physical training, the state of health and the education level to carry out the tasks assigned to law-enforcement bodies are employed on a voluntary basis based on the conclusion of professional certification.

In the particular cases connected with office need with the permission of the Minister of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan in law-enforcement bodies can be employed as experienced and professional specialists before age achievement of limit of the stay on service in law-enforcement bodies established by this Law, male citizens are more senior than 30 years which underwent military military service or consisting in inventory of Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, and female citizens are more senior than 30 years, including the citizens who earlier passed military service or working in military and law enforcement agencies.";
