the seventh Article 131 to state part in the following edition:

"7. In case of wages increase according to acts of the President of Turkmenistan the part of the salary accepted for calculation of the average salary, falling on the period before wages increase is indexed on coefficient of increase in official pay rate (tariff charge).

To the worker who went on paid leave before wages increase, the leave payment amount in the days falling on the period after increase in its salary is indexed on coefficient of increase in official pay rate (tariff charge). The specified procedure for calculation of the salary is applied also to calculation of dismissal wage in case of dismissal, compensation, government maternity pay and temporary disability.";
