Bring in the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About subsoil" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1998, No. 4, Article 224; 1999, No. 8, Article 476; 2001, No. 11, Articles 673, 696, No. 12, Article 736; 2004, No. 7, Article 505; 2007, No. 8, Article 745, No. 10, Article 938; 2008, No. 2, Article 47; 2016, No. 1, Article 22; 2018, No. 5, Article 849; 2019, No. 1, Article 20) following changes:
1.1. replace in the fifth paragraph of part one of Article 6 of the word "special consent" with words "permission according to this Law and the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About licenses and permissions";
1.2. replace in part two of Article 8 of the word "special consent according to the procedure, established by relevant organ of the executive authority or" with words "issued according to this Law and the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About licenses and permissions";
1.3. under Article 9:
1.3.1. remove from the second and third paragraphs of part 1 of the word "in special consent or";
1.3.2. remove from the fourth paragraph of part of 1 word "special consent or";
1.3.3. replace in the fifth paragraph of part of 1 word "special consent" with the word "permission";
1.3.4. remove from the sixth paragraph of part 1 of the word "according to special consent";
