1. in Rules of maintaining and use of special accounting of the persons who made criminal offenses, brought to trial, the persons brought to trial for making of criminal offense and dactyloscopic accounting of the detainees who are held in custody and condemned the faces approved by the specified order:
state Item 69 in the following edition:
"69. In case of justification of persons, and also the termination of criminal cases on the bases provided by Items 1), 2), 5), 7) 8) and 13) of part one of article 37 Code of Criminal Procedure RK (in editions of 1997), Items 1), 2), 5), 6), 7) and 8) of part one of article 35 Code of Criminal Procedure RK (in editions of 2014) or owing to insignificance, concerning specified persons to UFPI the MOUSTACHE send inquiry for removal from accounting of data to AIS SU, are without fail attached certified by the employee responsible for conducting pofamilny accounting of territorial authority of Committee ("grafkopiya enclosed" surname, name, middle name (in case of its availability), position, body) graphical copies of supporting documents (proceeding decisions, certificates of rehabilitation and others).
