1) in Article 3:

a) state Item 4.2 in the following edition:

"4. 2) authorized bank - the bank specified in this Federal Law as basic bank for defense industry complex or determined by the Government of the Russian Federation according to this Federal Law;";

b) add with Item 4.3 of the following content:

"4. 3) basic bank for defense industry complex - the Promsvyazbank public joint stock company which is authorized bank which 100 percent of voting shares are in property of the Russian Federation. Sale and different ways of alienation of the specified shares, and also their transfer to pledge and trust management is not allowed;";

Article 6 to add 2) with part 9 of the following content:

"9. In case of placement of the state defense order the state customer determines the public contracts signed a minimum of the amount determined by the Government of the Russian Federation proceeding from share in the total amount of the money provided by the federal budget for the corresponding financial year for financial provision of accomplishment of the state defense order which bank support is performed by basic bank for defense industry complex. For the purpose of realization of provisions of this part the share in the total amount of the money provided by the federal budget for the corresponding financial year for financial provision of accomplishment of the state defense order is established by the Government of the Russian Federation.";
