1.1. Under Article 1:
1.1.1. in Articles 1.1 and 1.6 of the word to "economic disputes" shall be replaced with words to "commercial disputes";
1.1.2. add with part "Note" of the following content:
"Note: in this Code "commercial disputes" are implied as the disputes connected with implementation of business activity.".
