"3) in specially allocated isolated rooms which are equipped with systems of ventilation and are organized at the airports in the zones intended for finding of the passengers registered on flight after carrying out preflight examination and the zones intended for the passengers following en route so that the possibility of observation of tobacco smoking was excluded from other rooms.".
