Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of April 22, 1996 No. 39-FZ "About the security market" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 17, Art. 1918; 2015, No. 27, Art. 4001; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4225; 2017, No. 52, Art. 7920; 2018, No. 18, Art. 2560; No. 53, Art. 8440; 2019, No. 25, Art. 3169; Russian newspaper, 2019, on December 5) following changes:

1) item 4 of Article 6.1 to add with the subitem 4 following of content:

"4) involvement of the investment adviser to the administrative responsibility for the illegal organization and (or) carrying out gamblings, for violation of the law of the Russian Federation about lotteries regarding carrying out lottery without decision of the Government of the Russian Federation on its carrying out.";

2) in Article 39.1:

a) add Item 1 with the subitem 15 of the following content:

"15) in case of involvement of the professional participant of the security market to the administrative responsibility for the illegal organization and (or) carrying out gamblings, for violation of the law of the Russian Federation about lotteries regarding carrying out lottery without decision of the Government of the Russian Federation on its carrying out.";

b) in the paragraph the second Item 3 of the word "subitems 2 - 12" shall be replaced with words "subitems 2 - 12 and 15".
