In case of suspension or the termination of use by the client of electronic instrument of payment in the cases provided by this Federal Law, the operator on money transfer shall in day of such suspension or termination according to the procedure, established by the agreement, to provide to the client information on suspension or the termination of use of electronic instrument of payment with indication of the reason of such suspension or the termination.".
This Federal Law becomes effective after ninety days after day of its official publication.
