About approval of Rules of execution of accompanying waybills

For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 7, 2003 "About state regulation of production and turnover of separate types of oil products", and also for the purpose of improvement of administration of excises and enhancement of control over turnover of separate types of oil products I order:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of execution of accompanying waybills.

2. To the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Iskakov M. N.):

1) to sign the contract with Banknote factory (branch) of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan for production of forms of accompanying waybills for gasoline (except for aviation), diesel fuel and fuel oil;

2) to provide placement at Banknote factory (branch) of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the order for production of forms of accompanying waybills on separate types of oil products;

3) to inform producers of oil products, oil suppliers, and also persons enabling the realization from petroleum supply points, billing account details of Banknote factory (branch) of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan for money transfer for forms of accompanying waybills on separate types of oil products;

4) to develop rules of assignment to names (brands) of oil products of personal identification nomerovkod in a month;

5) to direct this order to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
